An investment professional with a career that spans 25 years, Ralph Vartanian currently serves as a vice president and wealth advisor at UBS Financial Services in Boca Raton, Florida. Outside of the professional environment, Ralph Vartanian supports multiple charities, including the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF).

COAF is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization that runs a number of educational, medical, and community outreach projects in the country of Armenia. The organization also fosters economic development through initiatives such as its Entrepreneurship Training and Practice for Youth program.

The goal of Entrepreneurship Training and Practice for Youth is to introduce young people to fundamental principles of local economic development while building leadership skills and fostering civic commitment. The program begins with two weeks of training in business and market research. Students then break into teams to develop program proposals for individual communities in participating villages. Past program proposals have ranged from tree-planting projects and school improvement initiatives to the creation of public parks and libraries.
